Our company is a family owned and operated business that was founded over a decade ago in the constantly evolving city of Miami, Florida. Since day one, our company was created to be a one-stop distribution center where our customers can find a supply chain of products and services that are cost effective and top quality. In addition, we provide efficient solutions, reliable delivery, fast turnaround, and smart options to assist our customers to be successful in their own businesses.

 

Our owners Reynaldo Garcia and Juan Carlos Chavez are fully involved in the daily operations of Rey Chavez Distributor. From beginning to end they are devoted to go the extra mile to foster and maintain each of the relationships we forge with our partners, suppliers, employees and especially with our customers. 

 

Together our team embraces the highest standards of ethical business practices, quality and safety standards and we share the responsibility of making our customers happy!

Past & Future

Even though today we are a leading and growing company, we had humble beginnings and through hard work and dedication we have accomplished our goals and remained true to our original vision.

 

Since day one we envisioned creating a company that would focus on providing customers with great product diversity, personalized customer service and fair pricing. Today, we have become pioneers in the industry and are recognized locally and nationwide as a trustworthy supplier and reliable distributor.

 

Our first store opened in Hialeah, mainly targeting the Hispanic population in the area. Due to the great response we received from our customers we began expanding and focused on diversifying our product lines. In July of 2014 we opened a brand new and state of the art facility with 700,000 sq. ft., where we have a large processing plant, and a distribution center that allows us to manufacture top of the line products, manage logistical efficiency, maintain the highest level of quality control across our products and operations, and most importantly, to serve our clients on time, with flexibility and with reliable delivery.

 

We are happy to announce that we will be opening a 3rd location! We are working hard to inaugurate this store soon in order to bring you more of our top-quality products, our unrivaled prices and friendly customer support.

 

We continue devoted to constant improvement, in all levels of our company including operations, product and order processing, manufacturing practices, product quality, logistics, distribution and delivery. We know that above all our customers deserve the best only and we strive every day to achieve this!

    We are open 365 days!


    Our hours of operation in the Miami store are:

    Monday – Friday 6:00am – 8:00pm

    Saturday - 7:00am – 8:00pm

    Sundays – 8:00am – 4:00pm


    Our hours of operation in the Hialeah store are:

    Monday – Saturday 7:00am – 8:00pm

    Sundays – 8:00am – 4:00pm

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept cash, debit cards and credit cards including Visa and MasterCard.  We also accept SNAP.

  • Do you offer services such as cashing checks?

    No, we currently do not provide this service.

  • How can I become a member of your store?

    It is very easy! To become a member you can stop by our Customer service desk in any of our 2 locations and sign up in person to get your membership card instantly.  You can also fill out the online membership form located in our website, and we will mail your card within 7 days of receiving your online request.

  • How much does it cost to become a member?

    Our membership is completely free! All we need is your information and email address so we can email you our weekly specials.  It is all about rewarding you for being our loyal customer and for helping you save!

  • How can I purchase a gift card?

    You can stop by any of our Customer service desks, either in our Miami location or in our Hialeah location, and one of our associates will be happy to assist you.
